🗝️ The Activity Feed provides full visibility into every action performed by an automation. It helps users understand what was sent, when it was sent and whether the action succeeded or failed.

⚠️ Important: Reviewing the Activity Feed is the fastest way to diagnose issues with message delivery or unexpected behaviour.

Access the Activity Feed

  1. Open an automation and click Activity.

  2. View chronological entries for connection requests, follow-ups, InMails and emails.

  3. Check whether each action shows as Sent, Pending, or Failed.

Filter Activity

  1. Use filters to show specific action types such as Requests, Messages, Replies, or Errors.

  2. Filter by Accepted Connections to find warm leads easily.

  3. Filter by Failed Actions to identify common issues.

Use Activity Logs for Troubleshooting

  1. Check the most recent activity to confirm when the automation last ran.

  2. Review error messages for clues such as invalid LinkedIn URLs or unsupported actions.

  3. Compare activity timestamps with schedule settings to ensure correct timing.

💡 Best Practices

  • Encourage consultants to check activity daily during active outreach campaigns.

  • Use error filters to quickly isolate issues for troubleshooting.

  • Cross-check activity with the Leads List to understand each profile’s journey.

🤔 FAQs

Q1: Why is there no recent activity even though the automation is active?
Answer: It may be outside the scheduled run window, or the first run may still be pending.

Q2: Can users replay failed activities?
Answer: Support teams should avoid replaying failed actions and escalate persistent issues to development.
