🗝️ The Admin Monitoring Panel provides a central view of all automations across the organisation. It helps support teams quickly identify issues, review failures and monitor user activity.

⚠️ Important: The Admin Panel is only available to users with admin permissions.

Access the Monitoring Panel

  1. Open the Admin interface and navigate to Monitoring.

  2. Search by User Name, Automation Name, or Automation ID.

  3. Review all automations and their associated activity.

Review Errors and Statuses

  1. Note the number of Error events shown for each automation.

  2. Click into the automation to view detailed error descriptions.

  3. Identify patterns such as repeated failures on specific steps or URL issues.

When to Use the Panel

  1. Users report “my automation isn’t working.”

  2. Activity appears incomplete or outdated.

  3. Failures appear with no visible reason inside the automation itself.

  4. Reviewing whether a user’s automations have started within the past 24 hours.

💡 Best Practices

  • Use Automation ID for faster and more accurate searching.

  • Cross-check error types with the Activity Feed before escalating.

  • Use the panel to verify whether follow-ups ran at expected times.
