Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the welcome email if you don’t see it.
How to Log in to RPA Automate
The RPA Automation login is used for creating LinkedIn messaging and automations.
Go to the RPA Automate website: https://rpa.elay.io/auth/login.
Enter the email address associated with your RPA Automate account.
Enter your password.
Click Login.
How to Log in to Access Automate CRM
The Access Automate CRM login is used for creating searches and automations for your CRM system which you integrate with and for making Chatbots which you can add to your recruitment website.
Go to the Access Automate CRM website: https://app.elay.io/.
Enter the email address associated with your Access Automate CRM account.
Click Next and enter your password.
Click Sign in.
📌 Note: If your organization uses Single Sign‑On (SSO) via a CRM (e.g., Vincere, Bullhorn,etc.), logging in may happen automatically when you access Access Automate from inside the CRM.

✨ Forgot Your Password
On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter your registered Access Automate email.
Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Follow the link to choose a new password.
⚠️ Important: Make sure the reset email isn’t in your spam or promotions folder.
🚫 Can’t Log in or Credentials Not Working
If your email/password combination isn’t accepted:
Double‑check your email address for typos.
Try typing out your password instead of using autofill.
Check your Caps Lock key; passwords are case‑sensitive.
Try a different browser or clear your browser’s cache & cookies.
