  1. Application-based Automation

    Application-Triggered Outreach Automation

    Completely new type of automation based on application data to unlock new use cases with application's search criteria to personalize campaign with automated actions related to Application.

  2. Enhance Chatbot flexibility and data capture

    Allow users to opt-in/opt-out of syncing incomplete conversations to integrated CRM
    Enabling users to optionally sync incomplete chatbot conversations to the integrated CRM ensures every client interaction is captured in one place, improving relationship tracking and providing a more accurate, real-time view of the customer journey while still giving teams control over what data is stored.
