✨ What's New

  1. Dynamic "Today" Dates in GDPR Automation Fields

    Smarter Date-Based GDPR Automations
Automations involving GDPR date fields can now use a dynamic "Today" value rather than a fixed date. Your GDPR automation criteria will always evaluate relative to the current date β€” no more manual updates every time an automation runs.

  2. "Not" Operator in Automation Search Criteria

    Exclude Records with Precision

You can now add a NOT condition to your automation search criteria to exclude records that match specific values. For example, exclude candidates from a particular source, or contacts tagged with a specific keyword. The NOT operator works alongside existing AND/OR logic, giving you finer control over which records enter an automation.

  3. Styled Merge Tags in Plain Email Templates

    Easier Template Authoring

Merge tags in Plain (non-HTML) email templates are now visually styled with a distinct appearance, making personalisation tokens easy to spot at a glance while editing. This improves the template authoring experience without changing how emails are delivered to recipients.

  4. Nested Table View for Candidate & Contact Records

Inline Record Expansion in Search Results

Search results for Candidate and Contact entities now support a nested table layout. Expand a record inline to view associated details without leaving the results page β€” making it faster to review and act on records directly from a search.

  5. Rebuilt Search Engine for Candidate & Contact Automations

    Improved Reliability and Performance

The underlying search engine for both Candidate-based and Contact-based automations has been fully rebuilt using a new ORM query layer. This delivers improved reliability, faster execution, and a stronger foundation for advanced filtering.
