πŸ—οΈ Dynamic lists allow automations to run indefinitely by checking LinkedIn for new people added to a Pipeline or Leads List. This removes the need to rebuild new automations each time users expand their lists.

⚠️ Important: Dynamic lists are available only for Recruiter Pipelines and Sales Navigator Leads Lists.

How Dynamic Lists Work

  1. Enable the Dynamic List option during automation creation.

  2. The system checks the selected LinkedIn list once every 24 hours.

  3. Any new profiles added to the Pipeline or Leads List are automatically placed into the automation.

  4. The automation continues running indefinitely as long as the user keeps adding leads.

When to Use Dynamic Lists

  1. Use them for evergreen roles or ongoing talent pools.

  2. Use them to automate network growth when new prospects appear regularly.

  3. Avoid using them for short, time-sensitive campaigns where the target list is fixed.

πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Keep Pipelines or Leads Lists updated to maintain automation performance.

  • Regularly review the quality of new leads added to the list.

  • Disable the dynamic setting if a fixed list is needed for compliance or reporting.
