Access the Leads List
Open an automation and click Leads List.
View each profile imported from the LinkedIn search or Excel file.
Review status indicators such as Connected, Pending, Messaged, or Unsynced.
Review Contact Data
Check enrichment results such as email addresses or phone numbers.
If manual enrichment is used, click Enrich beside the relevant profile.
Confirm whether enrichment credits were consumed.
View CRM Sync Status
Look under the CRM column to see whether each profile is Synced, Duplicate, or Unsynced.
For manual syncs, select Sync to upload the record into the CRM.
Review duplicate alerts to avoid multiple record entries.
Filter the Leads List
Use filtering options to sort by connection status, enrichment results, CRM status or message history.
Filter to Accepted Connections to quickly identify warm leads.
Filter to Unsynced to manually upload selected profiles.
