πŸ—οΈ Data enrichment allows users to automatically retrieve email addresses and phone numbers for leads. Most customers receive 25 free credits per month, with additional credits available for purchase.

⚠️ Important:

  • Email = 1 credit

  • Phone number = 2 credits
Unused free credits do not roll over to the next month.

Enable Auto Enrichment

  1. Open the automation and click the Enrichment tab.

  2. Toggle Auto Enrichment on.

  3. Select the enrichment trigger:

    • When the lead first connects

    • When they are loaded into the automation

    • When all activity is completed

  4. Choose whether to retrieve emails, phone numbers, or both.

Set Credit Limits

  1. Enable the Credit Limit option to control how many credits each automation may use.

  2. Enter the maximum number of credits allowed (e.g., 250 per automation).

  3. Save changes to prevent excessive usage across high-volume campaigns.

Use Manual Enrichment

  1. Go to the Leads List within an automation.

  2. Locate the lead and click the Enrich button.

  3. The system returns available email or phone data if credits are available.

πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Use triggers such as first connection to enrich only contacts who express interest.

  • Apply credit limits to prevent rapid depletion by large automations.

  • Purchase additional credits for high-volume teams with frequent outreach cycles.
