⚠️ Important: Exported files include only the data available in the Leads List at the time of export.

Export Data from an Automation

  1. Open the automation and go to the Leads List.

  2. Click Export Data in the top-right corner.

  3. The system generates a CSV file containing all visible lead information.


What the Export Includes

  1. Lead names, job titles and LinkedIn URLs.

  2. Connection statuses such as Pending, Accepted, Messaged or Not Accepted.

  3. Enrichment results, including email or phone numbers when available.
