  2. Dynamic Sender and Recipient Options for Contact Email Steps

    Contact-based automation workflows now support dynamic sender and recipient configuration on email steps. You can set the "From" address to the contact owner rather than a fixed sender, ensuring automated emails arrive from the person the contact actually knows. Recipient fields are equally flexible, letting you route each message based on contact data rather than hardcoded values β€” improving both relevance and response rates.

  3. Merge Tag Support in SMS Automation Steps

    SMS steps in your automations now support merge tags, allowing you to dynamically insert record data β€” such as candidate first name, application ID, or other field values β€” directly into the message body. Every SMS sent through the automation is personalised to the recipient automatically, with graceful handling for any missing or unsupported tags to ensure reliable delivery across all your existing workflows.
