1. Conditional Chat Outreach
Branch Automations On How Candidates Actually Respond
You can now add a Conditional Email step to any automation. It sends an email with a chatbot link, pauses the automation, and waits for the candidate to finish the chatbot conversation. Once they're done, the system checks their answers against the conditions you set and only unpauses the automation when those conditions are met.
The new step reuses your existing email-sending logic, so it fits straight into automations you've already built.
2. Pause and Resume Individual Candidates or Clients Mid-Automation
Stop One Record Without Stopping The Whole Automation
You no longer need to pause an entire automation to hold back a single candidate or client. Pause or unpause individual records directly from within a running automation, and everyone else keeps moving.
3. Sync Status Visibility in Your Conversations Table
See Which Conversations Failed To Sync At A Glance
Your conversations table now shows sync status for every conversation, so you can spot problems without opening each one.
Sync Status Column: See the sync state for each conversation directly in the table.
Filter By Sync Status: Isolate conversations that failed to sync so you can act on them quickly, backed by indexing for fast results.
4. Two New Filters for Application Search
Combine Application Stage Targeting With Candidate Inactivity In One Search
Application search now goes further than application stage alone.
Candidate Last Activity: Filter applications by how long the linked candidate has been inactive, using the same "more than X ago", "within the last X", or custom date range options as candidate search.
Candidate Company: Filter applications by the linked candidate's current employer.
Both filters are optional, so your existing searches behave exactly as before.
5. Faster, Deeper Candidate Search Inside Automations
Find The Right Candidate Without Digging Through Pages
Candidate search inside automations now shows more than 10 results per page, and the search bar searches across your full candidate list instead of just the current page.
6. Place of Birth Added as a Standard Candidate Field
One Less Custom Field To Configure Per Company
Place of Birth is now a standard chatbot block type that syncs straight to Vincere, following the same pattern as fields like visa type and emergency contact. There's no per-company setup required to start collecting it.
7. Product Roadmap and What's New, Now In Your Nav
See What We've Shipped And What's Coming Next Without Leaving The App
The left navbar now links straight to the Product Roadmap and What's New pages. A "NEW" badge stays on What's New so you'll always know when there's something to check.
8. Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements
Automation Email Attachments: Fixed an issue where attaching a file to an automation email step would upload and then appear to disappear, requiring a second attempt before it stuck โ resolved.
Conditional Email Range Filters: Fixed an issue where date and number range conditions on Conditional Email steps only evaluated the first value in the range instead of the full range โ resolved.
