✨ What's New

1. Custom Fields in Search

Search On the Fields That Matter to Your Business

You can now search candidates and clients on your own Vincere custom fields, not just the standard ones. Any custom field synced from your CRM is available as a search condition, so you can build lists around the data your agency actually tracks. Text, date, combo-box and multi-select custom fields are all supported, including "is" and "is not" matching.

Note: if a custom field's options don't appear straight away, a re-sync will populate them for existing records.

2. Repeatable Automations

Set Recurring Reminders Once, Not Fifty-Two Times

Automations can now repeat on a schedule from a single toggle. Sending a weekly reminder for the same candidates across a year used to mean stacking dozens of near-identical steps. Now you switch on repeat and the automation re-runs for as long as those prospects stay in the search list.

3. Configurable GDPR Consent Expiry

Consent That Expires On Your Schedule

You can now control how long captured GDPR consent stays valid, rather than it being fixed at one year for everyone. In the assistant flow builder, the Right to Keep and Right to Represent questions each have a new Auto-set expiry toggle.

  • Set Any Duration: Switch the toggle on and choose a number plus a unit — Days, Weeks, Months or Years.

  • Automatic Expiry Dates: The system sets the consent expiry date the moment a candidate or contact answers, and writes it straight back to Vincere.

  • Candidates and Contacts: The same configurable expiry applies across both. Leave the toggle off and the existing one-year behaviour is unchanged.

4. Accurate Job Owner Notifications

Notifications Reach the Right Owner, Every Time

When a candidate-search automation sends a To Job Owner notification, the system now resolves the owner from the application that matches your search's stage filter. Candidates with several applications no longer route the notification to the wrong person. Where more than one application matches, the most recently updated one is used, and existing To Candidate Owner steps are unaffected.

5. New Filters for the Chatbot Conversation List

Find the Right Conversation in Seconds

Two new filters make the chatbot conversation list quicker to work through.

  • Filter by Status: Narrow the list to just the conversations in the status you're working on.

  • Filter by Date: Jump straight to the conversations from any specific day.

6. Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements

SMS Delivery: The automation step log and bell panel now show the real Twilio delivery outcome — including undelivered messages and the reason — instead of only "sent", and outbound numbers are validated before sending. This also resolves a case where a test SMS was silently not delivered.

Conditional Email Steps: No-type fields are now returned in automation, so conditional email steps can evaluate them.

Chatbot: A chatbot response could overwrite the candidate's name — resolved.

Automation Queries: A query automation was not returning the expected records — resolved.

Search: Searching multiple sub-function expertise values combined with "And" now returns the correct results.

Vincere Sync: A Talent Pool and Distribution List sync issue — resolved.

Preview: Images now display correctly in Preview.

User Management: Deleting a user no longer returns a server error — resolved.
