1. Exit Strategy for Automations

Your Workflows Stay Relevant β€” Without the Manual Housekeeping

Automations can now automatically remove contacts who no longer match your list criteria. If someone's status changes mid-workflow and they no longer belong, the system takes them out β€” no manual intervention needed. This means your active automations always reflect the right audience, and you spend less time cleaning up stale contacts.

2. Custom Fields on Candidates and Clients

Capture the Information That Matters to Your Business

You can now add custom information fields directly to your Candidate and Client records. Store the data your team actually needs β€” beyond the standard fields β€” and keep it all in one place. Once set up, custom field values collected through the chatbot sync reliably to Vincere, including dropdown and multi-select values.

3. Send Automation and Chatbot Links via SMS

Reach Candidates and Clients on the Channel They Actually Use

SMS Steps can now send automation and chatbot links directly to your contacts. Whether you need to route someone into a follow-up flow or prompt them to complete a chatbot, you can now do it by text. This extends your SMS outreach beyond simple messages into a fully connected engagement channel.

4. Automations Lock After Activation

No More Accidental Mid-Flight Changes

Once an automation is turned on, its configuration can no longer be edited. This prevents unexpected behaviour caused by changes made to live workflows, giving you confidence that what you set up is exactly what runs.

5. Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements

Automation Reliability: Paused automations could silently stop working or accidentally restart in certain conditions β€” resolved. Background automation processing has also been made faster and more reliable.

Custom Fields β€” Chatbot Sync: When a custom field question was skipped in the chatbot, the word "Skipped" was incorrectly being sent to your CRM β€” these are now properly ignored. Additionally, a single misconfigured field (such as a file upload type) no longer blocks all other custom fields from saving.

Vincere β€” Document Upload: File naming issues when uploading documents to Vincere have been resolved. Expiry dates on uploaded files now save correctly.

SMS Step β€” Link Formatting: SMS messages were incorrectly including an HTML tag alongside the URL β€” resolved. Links now send cleanly as plain text.

Automation Objects Table: Filtering and pagination on the automation objects table were not working correctly β€” both are now resolved.

Contact Details Loading: Some contact details were not loading correctly in certain views β€” resolved.

Platform Stability: Core software packages have been updated for security and stability.
