Pause automation for a lead

Pause your automation for a lead.

Automations will automatically stop if a lead replies to your message. However, You may wish to pause a lead if they are no longer relevant to your project. You have gotten in touch with them via call or email, or if you have included your phone/calendar link in your follow-up messaging on your automation, and they have gotten back to you via this.

  1. Log in to your account, then click on the Automations tab.

  2. Click the name of the relevant automation.

  3. Click the Lead icon at the top of the page.

  4. Use the search bar under the name to find the candidate/contact you wish to pause.

  5. Under the action column, click the three dots.

  6. Click Pause Lead to stop the automation for this candidate/contact.
