Usually, your Activity tab updates within 24 hours of the activity occurring. If you've noticed that your Activity tab is not updating, please follow the steps to troubleshoot the issue.
π Note: If activity did occur but this isn't reflected in your Activity tab, please allow 24 hours to update.
Log in to LinkedIn and check your message inbox to see if the activity occurred.
Check if your LinkedIn is still connected by clicking the Integration tab.
Review if your account has been rejected. If rejected, click Reconnect.
Follow this article if you need to set up your 2FA code on the dashboard again.
Click the Automation tab, then click the relevant automation.
Click Settings.
Copy the URL you added to the automation. Paste this into your browser.
Review the link.
If the link is incorrect, please contact The Access Digital Assistant and request the link to be changed by providing the correct link and the automation ID.
