The May 2026 release (v26.05.29) includes a number of bug fixes and reliability improvements across Access Automate CRM. Here's what's been resolved.
Automation Reliability
Paused automations could silently stop working or unexpectedly restart under certain conditions. Both issues have been resolved. Background automation processing has also been made faster and more reliable overall.
Custom Fields - Chatbot Sync
Two issues affecting custom field sync via the chatbot have been fixed:
When a custom field question was skipped in the chatbot, the word "Skipped" was incorrectly being written to your CRM. Skipped questions are now properly ignored, leaving the field blank.
A single misconfigured custom field (such as a file upload type) was blocking all other custom fields from saving. This no longer occurs - other fields save correctly regardless of any misconfigured field.
Vincere - Document Upload
Two issues affecting document uploads to Vincere have been resolved:
File naming errors that occurred during document uploads have been fixed.
Expiry dates on uploaded files now save correctly.
SMS Step - Link Formatting
SMS messages containing automation or chatbot links were incorrectly including an HTML tag alongside the URL. Links now send as clean plain text, as intended.
Automation Objects Table
Filtering and pagination on the automation objects table were not working correctly. Both have been resolved - you can now filter and page through your automation objects as expected.
Contact Details Loading
Some contact details were not loading correctly in certain views. This has been resolved and contact information now displays reliably.
Platform Stability
Core software packages have been updated to the latest versions, improving overall platform security and stability.
